About me

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by! I’m Dragan — a technology enthusiast with over 15 years of hands-on experience in computers, software and networking. Over the years, I’ve built, repaired, optimized, managed and reimagined everything from hardware setups and software systems to peripherals and network infrastructure. I bring a well-rounded skill set, a deep passion for technology and challenge that it presents.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with OS setup and administration, Virtualization, Backup and DR, network infrastructures—managing routers, wireless systems, and WAN/LAN configurations, as well as installing, maintaining, and configuring desktops and software environments to navigate through technical difficulties and resolve the issues in efficient ways. What drives me is problem-solving — especially the kind that requires creative thinking. While experience gives me a solid foundation, I nurture the approach thinking "Outside the box" with a grain of curiosity and creativity.

One of the aspects leared through expirience is my ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, understandable language for users with little to no IT background, which has strengthened not only my technical capabilities but also my communication and interpersonal skills.

Outside of my formal roles, I am passionate about many things like playing guitar, games, reading, drawing, swimming. Eventually road always bring me back to Tech surrounding and IT solutions like Smart Devices, IoT, AI, and Blockchain—technologies which continues to inspire and motivate me. I am also a strong believer in lifelong learning and must stay up to date with innovations in Tech world.

That said, I’ve never believed tech is just about the machines. Technology is only part of the equation. I value strong communication, teamwork, and building good relationships just as much as technical know-how. I’ve always believed that strong working relationships — with colleagues, management, or end users — are essential to successful outcomes.
